Introduction to UCAT
Help you to understand the format of the questions. You will be given general UCAT advice including overall strategies from our experienced tutors, who will teach you everything you need to know to be able to get the best score.
Verbal Reasoning
Test your ability to critically reason statements and how they relate to the passages given in a strict time limit.
We will be presenting you to different types of statements that are most common, and will be providing you with techniques to help you speed up your comprehension and find the right answer in a short time.
Decision Making
Involves different techniques to answer different types of questions which can become a bit difficult. We will be going over tip and tricks to help you tackle this section by looking at questions together and talking over thinking process involved.
Quantitative Reasoning
Involves asking the same types of questions, which is nothing beyond GCSE maths.
We will be going over skills you need to be confident in looking at tips and tricks, which will give you an advantage in this section. We will be making sure you understand every possible mathematical principle tested.
Situational Judgement
Doesn't contribute to the overall UCAT score, but expressed separately in bands.
We will be going over key pillars of knowledge practicing general advice and tips. we will work with a framework that will help you choose the right answer.
Abstract Reasoning
Involves identifying patterns from shapes shown to you which gives you a break from the stress of the other sections.
We will be going through the basic questions at the beginning followed by more challenging questions. We will advise you on how to choose the right pattern and be able to provide you with various techniques.
